RETURN POLICY
All Yoeleo products went through full tests and strict quality control before shipping.
In the case of any damages or defects caused by the manufacturer, you may contact
us for a replacement or refund with the following terms:
■ Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to claim a return or refund.
■ Labor and shipping are not refundable. Shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
■ Refund will be processed after the returned items are received in original condition.
■ If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage. We will place a replacement for you swiftly.
■ Please contact Yoeleo in advance for any claims for returns. Returns without advance notification will not be accepted.

YOELEO WARRANTY POLICY
Yoeleo products are designed with aeronautical engineering, top-level material, unique techniques, and strict quality control. Should any Yoeleo product prove to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will do our absolute best to correct the issue.
Yoeleo provides a warranty to the original owner for Yoeleo manufactured products under the following periods and limitations:
If any manufacturing defect occurs within 90 days of shipping, Yoeleo offers free replacement of the defective part and free shipping costs.
If any manufacturing defect occurs after 90 days of shipping, Yoeleo is obligated to replace the defective part, and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
For purchases before 01/01/2023:

Carbon frames, forks, rims, and wheels are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of shipping.
For purchases since 01/01/2023:

Carbon frames, forks, and handlebars are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 years from the date of shipping.

Carbon wheels and rims are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of shipping.
All Yoeleo products should be registered on the Yoeleo official website with the serial number. If the products are not registered, a warranty claim cannot be processed.
All warranty claims must be initiated by contacting Yoeleo. If the claim is approved to be valid, Yoeleo will repair or replace the warranted product.
This warranty becomes effective from the date of shipping.
Please note:

Warranty claims are only valid for the original purchaser and are only valid once. The replacement item is not covered under warranty.

The following voids your warranty:

Normal wear and tear (spokes, nipples, pawls, bearings, etc.).

Improper assembly or installation.

Incorrect or non-existent maintenance.

Consequential or incidental damages.

Use of brake pads not designed for carbon wheels.

Tire pressure exceeds limit (Road 125psi (Clincher), Road 90psi (Tubeless) / MTB 65psi).

Exceeding the Rider Weight Limit of the products.

Modification, defacing, or removal of the serial number.
-
Surface finish or cosmetic treatments (anodizing, decals, etc.).

Modified, misplaced, misused, melted, or abused Yoeleo product is not covered by warranty.
